Horses and humans have worked this farm for over 100 years!
Many Boise residents grew up riding horses on the Warm Springs Care Farm property and along Warm Springs Avenue.
The Haley family purchased the property in 2018, determined to preserve the historically equine property and its grandfathered rights to keep horses on the property. Intent on helping relieve the youth mental health crisis in Boise, Linda Haley partnered with Amy Hublou, LMFT of Imagine That Therapy and cofounder Deborah McFadyen to creat the Warm Springs Care Farm. Care Farms provide a place for neurodiverse people to volunteer, move their bodies, connect with one another and enjoy nature, all of which help regulate stress and anxiety.
Today, over a dozen volunteers help maintain the property and animals for the benefit of neighbors and the community.
One life.
Time to rediscover QUIET, PEACE, and CONNECTION to what really brings joy.
